What is Conscious Connected Breathing?

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a powerful and transformative self-healing modality that focuses on continuous, circular and connected breathing. This form of breathwork encourages a conscious and mindful approach to breathing, where inhalation and exhalation are connected in a seamless flow without pauses or holding the breath.

Meet Alex McQueen

I'm a certified Breathwork Facilitator based between Australia and the UK. My breathwork journey began 15 years ago when training as an actor at one of Australia's top drama schools.

Through one-to-one and group sessions, my ongoing mission with Breath Odyssey is to inspire clients to optimise their health, their performance and their relationship with themselves and others through the simple yet powerful practice of breathwork.
